Axia Chiropractic: Our Services

Our Services

At Axia Chiropractic, we take a focused approach to upper cervical care with an emphasis on nervous system health. Our goal is to understand the factors contributing to your health concerns, develop an individualized plan, and help you make meaningful progress toward the things you want to do.

Here's what working with us looks like.

Consultation

Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide whether Axia is the right fit.

We want to know your health story, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like to accomplish. The doctor will also give you a tour of the office and perform a preliminary screening that includes paraspinal thermography, a postural assessment, and a brief spinal examination.

This gives us an initial picture of what may be going on and helps us determine whether you're a good candidate for our approach.

We'll also discuss what care may involve, what you can expect from us, and the general costs associated with getting started.

By the end of the consultation, we'll both have a clearer picture of whether moving forward with comprehensive testing makes sense.

Initial Testing.

Our initial examination builds on what we learned during the consultation. We take a complete case history and perform specialized assessments of the spine, including thermography, posture and range-of-motion testing, and muscular pattern analysis.

We also use digital X-rays when clinically indicated, including specialized upper cervical views that help us evaluate the three-dimensional relationships of this foundational region. All our X-rays are reviewed by a board-certified chiropractic radiologist.

These findings help us develop a more complete picture of your case and plan your care.

Care Expectations

Following the initial testing, we review the findings together and explain our recommendations.

We'll discuss the proposed course of care, visit frequency, anticipated milestones, and financial commitment. Flexible payment plans are also available upon request.

The frequency of care depends on each patient's condition. The initial stage is generally more frequent and focuses on correction. As we work toward greater stability and function, visit frequency may change based on how you're responding.

Our goal is for you to understand the plan, why we're recommending it, and what we're working toward.

Progress Examinations

Throughout care, we monitor your progress and perform a formal reevaluation every 12 visits, typically within one to three months depending on your care schedule.

These examinations help us compare your current findings with where you started, discuss changes in your symptoms and daily life, and decide whether anything about the plan needs to change.

It's an opportunity to make sure we're continuing to move in the right direction.

Care for Every Stage of Life

Some of our patients have been dealing with migraines, dizziness, neck pain, or other chronic problems for years. Others are looking for support during pregnancy, care for their children, or a way to be more intentional about their long-term health.

We work with people of different ages and health backgrounds. Every examination, adjustment, and care plan is tailored to the individual, taking into account their unique anatomy, health history, and goals.

The End Goal

No one wants to spend the rest of their lives making a weekly doctor's visit to feel good.

As your condition improves and becomes more stable, our focus shifts toward maintaining those changes and supporting your long-term health.

Throughout care, we also want to involve you in addressing habits, movement, sleep, and other aspects of health outside the clinic.

The point is to help you return to the things that matter to you and develop a healthier relationship with your body.

Collaboration and Co-Management

We know many of our patients need more than just one solution. We believe patients are better served when providers are willing to work together.

Depending on your needs, we may recommend or collaborate with doctors, physical therapists, medical providers, or other health professionals.
